Our work together
Coaching is similar to therapy but allows for more creativity and flexibility. Because this isn’t a space to treat mental illnesses, we are not limited by state regulations.
In this work, you can develop more self-understanding, embrace your identities, find and strengthen your voice, learn skills for communication and navigating conflict, and feel more empowered in your life.
While I am informed by my psychotherapy training, our focus will be on your present goals and obstacles. Your sense of anxiety or depression might be overwhelming. You might be working through a transition, feeling stuck or unfulfilled, or needing new perspective and skills in managing conflicts in your life.
I will help you understand old patterns and stubborn beliefs and support you in achieving a greater sense of empowerment and joy.
