Embodied Alignment Sessions

Embodied Alignment Sessions explores the intersection of movement, bodywork, and psychology.  The purpose of this work is to cultivate internal, external, and relational alignment. It is a liberatory practice that returns the sense of agency to the client, who is not a passive receiver of touch. We learn to listen to the body. 


Dialogue is used to bring relevant context, ground themes and intentions, and harvest insights from embodied practices. Movement is used to engage our body's wisdom and knowledge. Therapeutic touch is used for co-regulation, deepening understanding of self in relation to others, and for a deeper level of healing.
